Grubhub's inventory limit tool was created so the items on your menu with a set amount of inventory each day can be set to that limit. Each time that item is ordered, it will deduct one from the inventory limit you've set.
Example: If you have 14 Croissants delivered every day to your store, you will then set the inventory to 14 and then pick a specific day and time that it will automatically reset back to 14.
Configuration Steps:
From Item or Modifier, check the box to add a Stock Limit and select "Edit"
2. Configure which Days to have the level reset
3. Configure the Stock Count
4. Configure the Hour of the day to have this reset
5. Select "Close and Set Limited Stock".
Mid-day Change:
- Shows info on the current stock and the next reset time
- Allows a configuration to change stock for the current period
- Add stock with a positive value
- Remove with negative
