Ticket Reprinting allows the operator to reprint any tickets that are currently on the Active Cashier screen. This can be useful if a ticket is misplaced or prints incorrectly.
If the order is still on the Active Cashier:
To reprint a ticket, follow the steps below:
- Select the order tile.
- Select order details.
- In the top left corner of the pop-up, select the reprint ticket option.
If the order is not on the Active Cashier:
- Select the Past Orders section on your Active Cashier.
- Select the order you wish to reprint.
- Select the reprint ticket option.
