Grubhub for Campus's goal is to fit into your current operational flow and improve operational efficiency as much as possible at all locations without disruption.
Prior to determining hardware placement and dropping data and power lines, please conduct a walkthrough of each location to understand how to best include Grubhub for Campus hardware into your current operational flow (ie, determine where the hardware should be placed). During this walkthrough it is also important to keep in mind the best Hardware Options for each location - there are several available options you can discuss with your Client Success Manager.
What to Look For:
-
Determine where the Grubhub for Campus printer should be placed for optimal operational flow with current operations at all locations. This is most often at the beginning of the food prep.
-
Understand which hardware option is optimal for each location. Your client success manager will work with you to make recommendations.
-
Evaluate each venue for the following requirements to operate the hardware in the venue:
- Active data port with available jack for printer
- Power outlet for printer
-
For Grubhub for Campus iPads, you will also need a strong cellular service
- If one is not available, Wi-Fi is a backup option
Note: If using Grubhub's Ultimate solution, additional power and data requirements will need to be evaluated to support the kiosks, TV, and additional back of house equipment. Please discuss this with your Client Success Manager.
