The New Shop Build Form is utilized to collect all information needed to build venues in the Grubhub for Campus app. The Grubhub for Campus team strives to replicate a customer's walk-up menu experience as closely as possible in our digital menus, so please keep this in mind before submitting it.
Before completing the menu submission form, please make sure to have all the required information available, as you are not able to save your progress in the form or make changes after submission. (You can, of course, contact us with changes via email at onsitesupport@grubhub.com). The menu submission form will capture several pieces of information:

Pricing & Descriptions for Menu Items:
- Menu Board Images for Upload
- Item level Calorie Details
- Item Routing Labels (For shops with multiple printers/KDS boards)
- Item Images

Item Modifiers (Ex: Condiments, Toppings, Etc.)

Shop Details:
- Location Name - How it should appear in the app
- Shop logo images for upload

Location hours, address, and contact details (store phone number)

Payment Information
- Any discounts available (Tender specific, staff, etc.)
- Which payment methods are accepted at this shop?
- Campus Card Terminal/Location ID

Is this a retail menu or is it a meal plan shop?

To submit any information that was not captured by the form (limited-time offers, rotational menus, additional menu boards, price sheets, etc.), please reach out to your Client Success Manager.

Only 1 form can be submitted per concept. The meal exchange shops should be a separate submission in addition to the shop's regular menu.

The point of contact in the form should be someone we can get in touch with on-site to help troubleshoot hardware issues, customer complaints, etc., in real time.

Anything you don't feel is fully captured by the form can be emailed directly to your Client Success Manager.
- For large-scale menu updates that require the support's assistance, you can audit your menus for accuracy
Note: Menus can be managed on an ongoing basis. Small changes can be made in the menu management section of Oneview. Large menu updates can be completed using our Advanced Menu Tool in Oneview.
