Creating Alerts

Alerts will let you know when your hardware is offline and can be sent via phone, email, or SMS.  

1. Navigate to the "Alerts" Section.
   
2. Click the blue "Create alert" button in the upper right corner. 
   
3. Select the desired shops from the drop-down menu.
4. Fill out the fields for each type of alert you would like to receive and click "Confirm".

Notes:

1. Learn how to temporarily close your location, here, and how to troubleshoot your devices here.
   
2. To edit an alert, simply select the blue pen on the right-hand side of the desired alert.
