The Temporary Closure tool is a great way to close your shop due to an issue that is not related to your connection (understaffed, kitchen issue, etc).
How to Temporarily Close Your Shop:
- Login to OneView Dashboard.
- Select "Hours" on left pane.
- Select "+ Add customized dates"
4. Type in a Label - the reason for your shop closure. Specify how long you would like your shop closed
5. Click "Confirm".
How to Turn Off Temporary Closure:
- Make sure your on your shop name.
- In the Special Operational Hours Section. Click the ">" next to the closure date
- Click "Delete customized dates".
