Viewing hours in the Hours tab is a tool used to see which hours are set in place for each venue. You can request to change the hour sets that need updating by emailing our support team at onsitesupport@grubhub.com or request OneView Dashboard access from your Super Admin to change your shop hours through your OneView Dashboard
Special Operational Hours are used for holidays, summer/winter breaks, temporary closures, etc. Special Operational Hours mean that they are a set of hours used for any period of hour changes irregular from the normal operating hours.
For each venue you have Dashboard access to, you will have access to the Special Operational Hours as well.
View Hours Dashboard:
You will find this under the Hours tab on the Dashboard.
At the top by the shop name, you will find the "v", select that to view and edit other shops hours.
Special Operational Hours
Here the Special operational hours show as a list of hour sets organized by each venue. These hours are set as different types of closures, modified operating hours, or unexpected closures.
Note: The “End Date” on the date range used means that the venue will return back to regular operating hours at midnight of that day.
