Activity Reports: Understanding Your Traffic
How to access: Click "Dashboard" (top right) ➔ "Reports" (left menu) ➔ "Activity" tab.
What you can track:
Overall Activity: Get a quick glance at new registrations, total buyers, order counts, and overall order amounts.
Item Ranking by Venue: Discover your best-selling items, ranked by count and sales amount.
Average Ticket Size: Track how much customers spend on average by the hour or day of the week.
Starbucks Product Mix: Dedicated tracking for fully licensed Starbucks locations.
Sales Reports: Tracking Your Revenue
How to access: Click "Dashboard" (top right) ➔ "Reports" (left menu) ➔ "Sales" tab.
What you can track:
Sales by Venue: Track total sales, order counts, refund counts, meal equivalents, and Tapingo credit usage.
Sales by Payment Method: See your sales broken down by tender (e.g., credit cards vs. campus cards).
Detailed Transactions: Take a deep dive into individual orders. You can now see exact order timestamps, terminal numbers, and the last 4 digits of the user's campus card.
Billing Reports: Financials & Commissions
How to access: Click "Finance" (top right) ➔ "Billing" tab. (Note: Only users with specific financial permissions can view this section ).
What you can track:
On Campus Activity: Generate your remittance (payout) and commission projections.
Revenue Share & Campus Card Payable: Project revenue shares and campus card payables (for eligible campuses).
⚠️ Crucial Step: To see your data, you must select the correct account type from the top-left drop-down menu (e.g., choose "Remittance", "Commission", or "Rev Share"). If you do not select an account, the report will be completely blank!
