Follow the steps below to test your printers through the merchant dashboard:

Navigate to the Hardware Tab at the top of the Dashboard.
- Check the box next to the printer you want to test.
- Click the printer icon
- View the results of your test in the pop-up
Note: If your shop is showing "Under Maintenance" or your printer is offline, it means your devices do not have an active internet connection. Learn how to troubleshoot your devices, here.
