Exiting the Kiosk App:
- Press the Home button and Power Button on the back of the Elo device to exit the kiosk app and to display the lock screen.
- On the lock screen, swipe up and enter the passcode: 131356
- On the home screen tap on the three horizontal bars on the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap and hold the Wifi logo.
How to set Static IP and DNS Settings:
- Exit the kiosk app and reach the network settings as shown above.
- Tap on Ethernet and then Ethernet Configuration
- Select Static IP which will allow the user to enter the static IP address and DNS servers.
- Once configurations have been entered correctly, tap confirm.
Connect the Device to Wi-Fi:
- Exit the kiosk app and reach the network settings as shown above.
- Tap the desired Wi-Fi connection (may ask for the password).
Connecting Kiosk Printer For Customer Receipts:
Grubhub for Campus Kiosks now can have a dedicated printer connected to them via the hub to print customer receipts. Once the printer has been installed at the location, please contact Grubhub for Campus Support via phone call (888) 827-5055 or email onsitesupport@grubhub.com to get this printer assigned to the kiosk. Support will need the kiosk number located on the back of the tablet to ensure the printer settings are correct to print customer receipts. Once, the printer has been assigned to the kiosk by Merchant Support and connected to the kiosk it should print customer receipts.
NOTE: There is also a "go green" option that we can configure to ask for a receipt every time instead of automatically printer every time.
