Operators gain complete, real-time order visibility with the ability to adapt the KDS into single operator shops or multi-station chain stores. Advanced features include item routing, color coding, order management, queue status, and much more.
How to Operate:

An order will appear on the KDS with the items needed for the order.

Prepare the order and press the "bump" button on the bump bar when finished.

- The Customer will receive a notification when the order is bumped.
Bump Bar Navigation:
- Page Up/Page Down: Allows the operator to scroll through entire pages quickly.
- Directional Arrows: Allows the operator to scroll through orders individually.
- Switch View: Allows the operator to see bumped orders vs. orders that still need to be completed.
- Focus: Allows the operator to expand the default card size to expose a long order.
- Numbers: Allows the operator to jump to a specific order.
- Bump/Recall: Allows the operator to bump completed orders or recall order from the 'Bumped' view.
- Order Options: Allows Operators to adjust the zoom.
Adjusting Zoom:
- Click Order Options
- Click Option to Select
- Use the Up & Down Arrows to Zoom In & Zoom Out
- Click Focus to Apply
