Order Efficiency Settings are a merchant experience feature that removes the throttle and keeps a set number of orders on the iPad screen until the customer is notified. Please speak to your account manager if you wish to utilize Order Efficiency Settings.
- Locate "Order efficiency" in the "Shop Settings" tab in OneView.
- Adjust the order count for the number of orders "in-flight".
- Press the save button.
Note: That only shops that are configured to run Order Efficiency Settings will show the option to adjust. Please speak to your account manager to discuss setting it up for your location.
